We will be offering online classes only until public health guidelines advise otherwise.  You will find some will be your favorite teachers at your regular class times, and some will be new!  You will be able to use your memberships & class cards for these.  Don't have one yet?  Look at options here.

Please tune-into this schedule page regularly to see updates & PLEASE register for class minimum 1 hour in advance.  We will email you a link to your online video Zoom call 60 minutes ahead of class.  

Some items you might gather from around your home for class, depending on your class type:

Drop-in Schedule

1. A yoga mat (optional)

2. A firm blanket (doubles as bolster & block & helps with relaxation)

3. A hefty book (can double as a block)

4. An up-right backed chair (so many options for support!)

5. For Yin Yoga, gather various kinds of pillows or couch cushions.
