Bonny has been a yoga teacher since 2008, and drawing from her own lived experience as well as extensive training, teaches through an accessible, body-positive/affirming lens. Her classes include a combination of mindfulness practices, structured movement, as well as opportunity to explore the relationship of movement and breath through invitational language and guidance.
Bonny is an Integrated Movement Therapist as well as a certified Accessible Yoga Teacher and E-RYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga teacher, 500 hour)
