I so strongly believe in having a space, time, tools, and community to support our inner growth. Yoga beautifully allows for this on each part of our individual journeys.
As an athlete throughout my life, I live very much in my body and know that we as humans are capable of so much. A driving force to teach is the excitement of being there for all the amazing connections we have with our own bodies and to learn what comes of that.
I have been a yoga teacher since 2010, taking a couple years off to focus on bringing self defense to those in need. Many movement practices come into my life, and yoga weaves into it all. I am so grateful to be a part of something so clearly connecting our minds, bodies, and souls.
