Try Unfold classes for (almost) free for two weeks!

Unfold is great for people who want live, compassionate, quality instruction, in the comfort of their own home.  As a community, we've always been body-positive, trauma-informed and highly accessible. 


Our students love that we incorporate our monthly theme into classes (January's theme is ahimsa, which means non-harming in thought, word & deed, and is a great seed for self-compassion practice.)


At Unfold, you'll find relaxing classes like Restorative & Yin Yoga, or Yoga Nidra (guided meditation done entirely lying down!), as well as more strength or energy building practices like: Gentle Core Strengthening, Mindful Flow and Strength + Balance Yoga.​  We also have three meditation classes to choose from!

We always welcome you to schedule a free 20-minute New Student Support Session with one of our staff, to help you figure out which classes are best for you, given your goals.
