Your knees carry you through a lot. This 4-week series is a chance to slow down, pay attention, and build the kind of strength and support that actually lasts. We’ll focus on simple, intentional movements to support the muscles around the knees, improve stability, and help you move with more ease—both in class and in everyday life. No need to push. Just consistent, thoughtful work that meets you where you are.
