Service Description
We're thrilled to announce our latest addition to the class lineup – Resistance Band Strength Training. This 30-minute class allows you to meet yourself where you are and build strength for improved functional movement, injury prevention and personal empowerment! Join E.B. on Tuesdays noon pst / 3pm 3st for this inclusive movement class. Suggested equipment: loop-style resistance bands in varied resistance levels to be able to pull w/both arms & hips. The sets of 5 loops on Amazon are $7-10. And for bigger bodies, we like the Fit Simplify brand FOR LEGS/HIPS ($14). (But they will be too resistant for arm/upper body strengthening). Or, strip-style resistance band that can be tied to varied lengths. Also, consider having a yoga mat or carpet area available for comfort in lying-down & knees-down positions. This is not a yoga class and will not include dharma talk, meditation nor relaxation practices. Suggested equipment: Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands with Instruction Guide and Carry Bag, Set of 5 (check Amazon, they're just $10).
