Yoga Nidra is a relaxing, guided meditation often done in a lying down position. It offers an effective way to bring more relaxation and kindness to your nervous system while engaging your body's innate capacity to self-heal and restore. Through guided relaxation practitioners can release accumulated tension and take a break from the chatter that often occupies our minds. We encourage you to get comfortable with pillows and blankets, can be done on the ground, couch or a bed. Feel free to get in bed for this class and use it to fall asleep! *TBI Friendly
