We're thrilled to announce our latest addition to the class lineup – Resistance Band Strength Training. This 30-minute class allows you to meet yourself where you are and build strength for improved functional movement, injury prevention and personal empowerment! Join E.B. on Tuesdays noon pst / 2pm cst for this accessible movement class. Note: This is not a yoga class and will not include dharma talk, meditation nor relaxation practices.
