Service Description

Explore body-breath awareness with this flowing class. Your compassionate instructor will include both flow & static poses to help you energize, release stress, and discover your personal strength and rhythm. Expect moderate exertion, with options to increase strength. Students are encouraged to work at their own level of comfort. All classes include our topic of the month, a centering/grounding practice and a period of relaxation and integration.
