Service Description

Connect to your body by stretching your muscles and gently building strength. This class will explore seated, standing and lying-down postures. This is an all-levels class and students are encouraged to work at their own level of comfort. All classes include our topic of the month, a centering/grounding practice and a period of relaxation and integration.
