In the ancient yoga tradition, there are many techniques that can help us find our center and our connection even when we are having difficulties. Once a month we will come together and explore one or two techniques that are outlined in the ancient texts, using The Radiance Sutras by Lorin Roche, Phd. as our guide. Class will include guided meditation practices, discussions and opportunities for deeper connection to yourself and others.
