Build your strength and balance with standing postures and floor work. This is an all-levels class and students are encouraged to work at their own level of comfort and challenge. All classes include our topic of the month, a centering/grounding practice and a period of relaxation and integration.
If you need to cancel your booking we can refund you 90% (to cover fees) if you email us 10 days in advance.
