Something for everyone in this gentle yoga class! We emphasize stretching and low-key strength-building, with more focus on core strength than our regular gentle yoga classes. Expect seated, standing and floor postures, with lots of options to suit postures to your preference. Build your body awareness as you strengthen your core, stretch, relax. Great for people who are working with back pain and folks who like a slower approach to yoga.
