Deep stretch postures done on floor / bed. (Zoom class)
Yin yoga is a quiet practice on the floor where poses are held for 3-5 minutes. You do not have to be flexible to enjoy the benefits of deep stretching. This is a calming, centering class that can move held energy in the body. * TBI Friendly
