Service Description

Your compassionate instructor will include both flow and static poses to help you energize, release stress, and discover your personal strength and rhythm. Expect an all-levels class with lots of options to suit your energy each day. Students are encouraged to work at their own level of comfort. This class includes our topic of the month, a centering/grounding practice and a period of relaxation and integration.
