Service Description
Build strength, boost energy, and support your bones with safe, smart dumbbell exercises. Perfect for all levels, Sara guides you through proper form and controlled movements to help you feel stronger every day. No experience required! We suggest you have 2 sets if dumbbells: 8 lb dumbbells for the smaller muscles and the next set could be 15s for the larger ones. If you want to start with just one set - go for 8s. And shoot us an email if you have questions!
