Service Description
This class is for women who want to feel stronger, protect their bones, and have more energy — no prior experience required. We walk you through each exercise with clear cues and proper form so you always feel confident, not confused. Short, effective, and genuinely fun. Suggested weights: one lighter set (8 lbs) and one heavier set (15 lbs). Note: if you have shoulder injuries, consider lighter upper body weights - like 5s.
