Most women in peri- and post-menopause are doing something — but they're doing five somethings, inconsistently, without a clear sense of what's actually moving the needle. The result is effort without progress, and the creeping feeling that maybe it just isn't going to work for them. It is going to work. You just need one clear next step. In this free one-hour workshop, E.B. Ferdig — certified health and life coach and integrated movement therapist — will guide you through the exact framework she uses with her private coaching clients to cut through the noise and find the single most impactful thing you can do for your body right now.
