Free Meditation Mentoring with Leigh Drake

Have you ever tried to meditate, and not been able to sit still?  Or you meditated for some time and then just got out of the routine?

​

The information about the many benefits of meditation are widely reported.  And for many, the idea of meditating feels so natural, but developing and sustaining the routine is difficult or elusive.  If you find yourself in a place where you are ready to devote some time and attention to your inner yoga, I am in the place of offering individual meditation coaching sessions to people who are willing to be practice clients as I complete my meditation teacher certification.  The meditation technique that I use is one that explores what you love; how you feel connected as the inspiration and motivation to develop and continue your practice.
