Build deep, functional core strength in this efficient 20-minute class designed for midlife bodies. We focus on the muscles that support your spine, posture, and balance—helping you move through daily life with more ease, confidence, and stability. Expect mindful, intentional movements with clear options throughout. This is not about crunches or pushing through discomfort. Instead, we emphasize awareness, breath, and sustainable strength that supports changing hormones, joint health, and energy levels. Perfect if you want a short, effective class that complements your other movement practices—or if you’re rebuilding strength after injury, stress, or a long break from exercise. All levels welcome. Props optional: a yoga mat for cushion, any size dumbbells/weights for extra resistance
