A targeted movement series to help you release tension, restore mobility, and build supportive strength in the shoulders and upper body. This series focuses on how your shoulders feel and function in everyday life — whether you're dealing with stiffness from desk work, stress, workouts, injury, or long-held patterns. Through guided strength and mobility work, you'll: - Reduce shoulder and neck tension - Improve range of motion and ease of movement - Build stability and support around the shoulder joint - Move with more comfort in daily activities - Prep your shoulders for further resistance training This series builds awareness of what your shoulders need going forward — so lifting a suitcase into the overhead bin, reaching for something on a high shelf, or just getting through a workday feels easier. 💪 Move better.
