Service Description

Slow down and deeply restore in this nourishing Yin/Restorative yoga class designed for midlife bodies and busy nervous systems. This practice blends longer-held, gentle Yin poses with fully supported Restorative shapes to release tension, improve joint health, and support recovery—both physically and emotionally. We move slowly and intentionally, giving your body time to soften and respond. This class is especially supportive if you’re navigating peri/menopause, sleep challenges, chronic stress, fatigue, or simply feeling worn down by the pace of daily life. Stillness is encouraged, choice is always honored, and rest is treated as essential—not optional. Expect a calming, grounded experience that supports flexibility, circulation, and deep relaxation. You’ll leave feeling more spacious, settled, and replenished. All levels welcome, including beginners and those returning to movement. Props encouraged: bolsters or pillows, a firm blanket, and a strap to help you feel fully supported.
