Service Description

Relaxing postures with maximal props to support letting go. This is a quiet practice, done on a bed or the floor, where poses are held for 3-5 minutes. Relax your nervous system, nurture, heal, quietly explore, and care for yourself. Please bring blankets and pillows to your class to prop your body into comfortable positions. * TBI Friendly
