Sara Rollo (she/her)

After 25 years as a clinical social worker, I shifted my passion of working with people to focusing on movement, and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach. I specialize in supporting women through the transitions of midlife. Together, we build strength, confidence and resilience through supportive strength training.
Having navigated eight orthopedic surgeries myself, I bring a unique understanding of the emotional and physical demands of injuries and rehab. I’m thrilled to join EB Ferdig at Gen X Women Rising and Unfold, focusing on strength and movement.
I am also available to work with people both virtually and in person in West Seattle, at my business Rollo Coaching.
