Guatemala

A Luxury Travel & Wellness Retreat

with E.B. Ferdig & Margot Pearmine

Connect with who you are becoming through midlife

May 9-14, 2027

This retreat is about more than a beautiful place — it's six days to reclaim your identity and age into greatness, on your terms. You'll learn what lifestyle elements you need to build real strength for the body you're in now, tune into what actually fills your energy versus what drains it, and learn to prioritize yourself without guilt.

Expect grounded movement, deep nourishment, and real rest.

What's Included

Lodging

Five nights at luxury boutique hotels in Antigua and on Lake Atitlán — the kind of rooms where you actually want to linger and lounge. Private, quiet, and beautiful enough that rest feels like part of the itinerary, not something you have to carve out.

Movement & Coaching

Daily movement and workshops led by E.B. — yoga and strength work built for the body you're in now, not the one you used to have. This is the same work we do during Unfold classes, just with volcano views.

Nourishment

Daily farm-to-table meals are a feature of this trip. Food that delights you, and fuels you through full days without weighing you down.

Excursions & Workshops

Guided village walks, a traditional weaving workshop, and hands-on chocolate-making — plus a private sunset meditation overlooking Lake Atitlán. These aren't filler activities; they're how you actually slow down and take in where you are.

Transportation

Round-trip private transfers from the airport and throughout the country. You show up — we handle the rest.

All In

All entrance fees, taxes, and service charges are included. No surprise costs once you land.

About

About E.B.

EB started teaching yoga in 2003, became yoga therapy certified in 2009, and founded Unfold in 2013 to make yoga accessible to all. Then midlife hit. Quitting alcohol, navigating menopause, divorce, and an empty nest, she rebuilt her health, lifestyle, and career from the ground up. Now, as a health coach for midlife women, she teaches what this season of life actually needs: self-compassion, resistance training and rest, alongside the yoga she's always loved.
