Service Description
Short bursts of effort. Your favorite throwback music. Actual results. This class uses interval training — the style shown to support metabolism, bone density, and energy in midlife — in just 20 minutes. You'll warm up, work hard (on your terms), and stretch out at the end. Every move has easier and harder options. Video is optional. Come as you are. Props: supportive athletic shoes.
