Unlike long, sustained cardio that can leave you depleted, this style of interval training works with your changing hormones, helping you build power, resilience, and energy in less time. Every class includes a thoughtful warm-up, clear options throughout, and ends with stretching to support recovery. Expect simple, athletic-inspired movements that can be modified up or down.
