Service Description
Give your body what it needs most: space to breathe, stretch, and reset. This class focuses on gentle movement, stretching, breathwork, and meditation—designed specifically for midlife bodies navigating stress, stiffness, and changing energy levels. We move slowly and mindfully, honoring where you are today. Perfect for reducing tension, calming your nervous system, and reconnecting with yourself. All levels welcome, including beginners. Props encouraged (a strap, a bolster/pillow, a firm blanket). Whether you're dealing with peri/menopause symptoms, sleep issues, or just need to slow down—this class meets you with compassion and care.
