This class links breath with movement in a flowing sequence designed to build strength, flexibility, and a sense of ease — without pushing through pain. Every pose comes with options, so you can meet your body where it is today. Whether you're new to movement, coming back after a break, or simply want to feel good in your body again, this class meets you there. Expect to feel energized, grounded, and proud of yourself. Props: yoga mat or comfortable flooring.
