A personalized 1:1 session designed to meet you exactly where you are. In this 30-minute consult, Sara will assess your current movement patterns, goals, and any limitations, then guide you through targeted exercises to support strength, stability, and confidence in your body. Perfect if you’re getting started, returning after a break or injury, or simply want expert guidance tailored just for you.


Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or re-schedule a minimum of 24 hrs in advance. We waive the first cancellation within this window without penalty, but after that, the penalty will be the loss of that session credit. Thank you for your understanding.
