Service Description

This class builds real, functional strength — the kind that makes daily life easier and your body feel more capable. We work through standing poses and floor-based movements with options for every fitness level. You choose your level of challenge. Every class opens with a grounding practice and closes with rest and integration. Modifications are always available. Props: yoga mat, optional block and strap.
