Micki Josi leads this weekly gathering that weaves the tools of 12-step recovery with the grounding practices of yoga. Each session includes a 50-minute community discussion meeting, followed by a 40-minute movement practice focused on strength and balance. Together, we explore healing through the body-mind connection — with compassion, not judgment. New to yoga or recovery, or well on your way — you belong here. This offering is free.
