Service Description

This 40-minute practice will help you connect with your body - both stretching and strengthening - but most importantly tuning-into YOU! In Desk Yoga you will: Touch on our topic of the month (i.e. energy regulation), Practice breath and centering Stretch and strengthen your muscles Build core and postural awareness Learn to relax Don't have a desk? No worries, the practice can be done from any chair, and will include options to stand and use the chair (or desk) as a prop for support and deepening of poses. What we love about Desk (& Chair) Yoga is that everyone from the super-athletic to those using the support of a walker or wheelchair can participate and benefit. Join us every Wednesday (noon pst / 3pm est) or share this with a friend or loved one who could use more movement in their lives.
