Service Description

Take a movement break reconnect with your body in this accessible, chair-supported yoga class designed for midlife bodies and busy days. Perfect as a movement reset during the workday—or anytime you want gentle, effective movement without getting down on the floor. We’ll use a chair for support as we explore stretches, strength, balance, and mobility for the neck, shoulders, hips, and spine—areas that often hold tension from desk work and stress. Movements are simple, intentional, and adaptable, with options to meet you where you are. This class is ideal if you’re managing stiffness, joint sensitivity, fatigue, or just want yoga that fits into real life. You’ll leave feeling more open, grounded, and refreshed—ready to return to your day with greater ease. Props helpful: a sturdy chair, and a strap/dog leash/scarf
