Service Description
This one's for the days when you don't have time — or energy — for a full workout. Using a chair for support, we move through gentle stretches and mobility exercises for the neck, shoulders, hips, and back. Everything is adaptable, nothing requires getting on the floor. A perfect mid-day reset that leaves you feeling more open, clear, and ready to finish your day. Props helpful: a sturdy chair and optional strap.
