Dumbbell Workouts for Midlife 10-Week Series | 40-minute classes with E.B. Ferdig, Health & Movement Coach This 10-week strength series is designed specifically for women in midlife who want to build muscle, support bone density, and feel stronger—from the inside out. Each 40-minute class will focus on foundational resistance-training movements tailored to the needs of midlife and menopausal bodies. You'll be guided with modifications and progressions to meet you where you are, whether you're brand new to strength training or returning after a break. Led by experienced health coach and yoga therapist E.B. Ferdig, these classes prioritize joint safety, smart progression, and long-term consistency over quick fixes or extremes. We’ll also integrate breath and body awareness to support energy, focus, and recovery. Expect to leave each session feeling empowered, accomplished, and more connected to your body’s strength. No gym? No problem. All you need are a couple of dumbbells and a willingness to show up. This is strength training that supports your real life—so you can lift, move, and thrive in your next chapter. (Note: You will need dumbbells for this class. Best option is adjustable dumbbells, but otherwise chose a set that you can just barely bicep curl with. Questions? Email or call E.B.)
