Service Description
This class gives your body — and your mind — permission to slow down. Through gentle movement, stretching, breathwork, and a short meditation, you'll release tension, ease stiffness, and reset your nervous system. Designed for women navigating stress, fatigue, and the physical changes that come with midlife. No experience needed, and nothing to prove. Props encouraged: yoga mat, strap, bolster or pillow, firm blanket.
