Yoga for Menopause 8-Week Series | 40-minute classes with E.B. Ferdig, Certified Yoga Therapist Join long-time yoga therapist E.B. Ferdig for a supportive 8-week journey designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause. Each 40-minute class will blend movement, meditation, and relaxation practices with insights on how yoga supports the physical, mental, and emotional shifts of this life stage. Each week will highlight a key area that yoga can help support—such as strength, balance, energy regulation, mental clarity, emotional steadiness, and self-compassion. This is not just a movement class, but an invitation to tune in, feel grounded, and reconnect to your inherent wholeness. Whether you're dealing with disrupted sleep, fluctuating moods, joint discomfort, or simply want to feel more like yourself again, this class offers tools and community to help you move through menopause with grace and power. No prior yoga experience is required. Come exactly as you are. This class can be purchased as a drop-in, can be used as a part of Unfold membership, and is also a part of a pilot group coaching program for Gen X Women, which can be found at genxwomenrising.com/group-coaching.
