Yoga for Menopause 7-Week Series | 40-minute classes with E.B. Ferdig, Certified Yoga Therapist Join yoga therapist E.B. Ferdig for a supportive 7-week series designed for women navigating peri & post menopause. Each 40-minute class will give you insights and experience in how various aspects of yoga can help you feel grounded and in control during these evolving phases of life. Explore yoga movement, breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy. Each week will have a different topic of focus, such a bone/muscle density, balance, energy regulation, mental clarity, emotional steadiness, and self-compassion. This class is more than movement—it’s a space to feel grounded, reconnect with yourself, and move through menopause with grace and resilience.
