In the ancient yoga tradition, there are many techniques that can help us find our center and our connection even when we are having difficulties. Once a month we will come together and explore one or two techniques that are outlined in the ancient texts, using The Radiance Sutras by Lorin Roche, PhD. as our guide. Class will include guided meditation practices, discussions and opportunities for deeper connection to yourself and others.

Raegan focuses on creating space and supporting students through restorative modalities like yoga nidra, meditation, sound healing, and restorative yoga.

Relaxing postures with maximal props to support letting go. This is a quiet practice, done on a bed or the floor, where poses are held for 3-5 minutes. Relax your nervous system, nurture, heal, quietly explore, and care for yourself. Please bring blankets and pillows to your class to prop your body into comfortable positions. * TBI Friendly

Explore body-breath awareness with this flowing class. Your compassionate instructor will include both flow & static poses to help you energize, release stress, and discover your personal strength and rhythm. Expect moderate exertion, with options to increase strength. Students are encouraged to work at their own level of comfort. All classes include our topic of the month, a centering/grounding practice and a period of relaxation and integration.
